Maralee started her Safety Training and Consulting business in May of 2022 as a way to share her passion for creating safe and healthy workplaces. 

She brings her joy for teaching to help educate others how to recognize hazards and reduce their risks by making smart safe choices 24/7/365. 

One of the foundations for a Healthy and Safe environment is knowledgeable employees. 

Effective safety training is achieved by utilizing adult learning theory, engaging activities, and by providing a psychologically safe learning environment for all attendees.
